HCMC Port Authority is approved and assigned to organize the trial night navigation for container and bulk cargo vessels with draft not exceeding 9.5m and 195m in length to berth, unberth Saigon Port and VICT Port. Trial duration will be from 10th March to 31th December 2012. Futher detail please read the attached document.
