We would like to official confirm with your good company that base on Investment License 996/GP dated 22nd Sept 1994, that First Logistics Development (JV) Company (FLDC or VICT) is allowed to operate a container port at current Location for 40 years with option to extend for another 10 years.
With reference to the latest Seaport Master Plan development decision number 1745/QD-BGTVT dated 03rd August 2011, issued by Ministry of Transportation that VICT;
1. NOT SUBJECT TO RELOCATION LIKE NEWPORT, BASON, TAN THUAN DONG PORT (these 3 ports need to move out)
2. NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE OF BUSINESS PURPOSE LIKE SAIGON PORT & VEGETABLES PORT
