Customer Portal via Website
Dear valued customers,
First of all, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your kind support extended us over the past years.
In order to facilitate the customers to obtain all updated and necessary information, we are pleased to inform you that we have just upgraded our website with the following tools that help check data at any time/anywhere:
- Container Tracking : container information and status, history or movement date/time. Customer also can check whether containers have been checked by Custom (outbound), for inbound when we finish module for Customs we can use that information.
- BN/BL Tracking: Customer can check and monitor their Booking Note, Bill of Lading status, how many containers have been leased, received,…
- Customer Portal : Only for Shipping Lines or Container Operator to check vessels and containers, we need to provide username and password for Shipping Lines because each Shipping Lines only can monitoring their own equipment.
