Refer to recent information on media regarding the relocation of ports on Sai Gon River, First Logistics Development (JV) Company – The owner of Viet Nam International Container Terminals (VICT) would like to confirm as follows:

1.    Based on the latest Decision of Ministry of Transport No. 3655/QĐ-BGTVT dated 27/12/2017 approving the Detailed Master Plan of Seaports in Group 5 from now to 2020 and oriented to 2030, VICT is “PERMITTED TO OPERATE AS USUAL, NOT TO BE RELOCATED” and just “ STOP OPERATION WHEN THE LAND RENTAL PERIOD EXPIRES”

2.     VICT’s land rental period is until 2034.
