VICT is not subject to traffic ban at all in accordance to Decision from Ho Chi Minh People Committee
Ho Chi Minh People Committee has issued new Decision informing some more routes that the heavy trucks could run any time. In which, the roads Luu Trong Lu-Ben Nghe-A5 to VICT are one of the routes.
