Hochiminh City People  Committee just issued a Decision No.1190/QĐ- UBND dated 20/03/2015 acknolwleged that VICT is one of 188 Governmental, enterprsise and organizations in HCM city reaching the criteria of “ Safe, Good, Order and Security” 2013. Please see the attachement for details.
